This course is available any day except Saturday and Sunday starting from 9.00 a.m . This daily cookery course starts in Mola, where we meet at 9.00 and we will go walking for the fruit and vegetable market directly from the farmers' houses; then in masseria for the morning cooking class: fresh pasta, cooked with vegetables, legumes, taralli, and some cakes for dinner. Lunch with the dishes we have prepared. In the afternoon back to Mola to the fish market , just in time to get the fish directly from the fisherme, arriving with their boats before sunset in the little harbour of Mola. Back to the masseria for the cookery class about fish. Dinner at about 8.30 The course ends after dinner.
