Who's the truffles, pralines & ganache class suitable for?

With no experience required, this chocolate class is suitable for anyone wishing to learn the fundamentals of preparing chocolate truffles, pralines & ganache.

What chocolate skills will I learn?

Multi award winning chocolatier, Ruth Hinks has created this class to teach the essential skills required in creating the perfect chocolate truffles, pralines & ganache. You will be taught:

- how to taste chocolate;
- how to temper chocolate;
- how to roll and dip chocolate; and
- how to decorate chocolate.

What will I make?

Selecting from a choice of milk, dark or white chocolate, one of our professional chocolatiers will guide and inspire as you prepare and decorate:

 - hazelnut pralines;
 - caramel ganache; and
 - orange truffle ganache.

Do I need to bring anything?

On arriving at the Chocolate & Pastry School, you’ll be supplied with an apron and all the equipment and ingredients needed for your class. We recommend that you wear comfortable shoe
