We start the course where all cooks do: the local market. Here, we carefully select fresh ingredients and experience the sights, smells, and sounds of the area. After this, we walk to a funky, bohemian part of the city where we have the cooking workshop. We provide you with the recipes, together we cook three different kinds of typical Andalucian tapas, and then we eat the fruits of our labor!
